Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Return Insurance:

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase.  If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us.  If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you will be responsible for return shipping if you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If you did not purchase return insurance: 

Products are eligible for exchange or refund for 30 days following the date of receipt of your order.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please ship your return order to the following address:  Dominique Intimates  Attn: Returns Dept. 57 Commerce Dr. Brookfield CT 06804.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
